What you will do:
Since we are developing our business every day, your responsibilities will grow and change over time. But for what we know now we are proud to tell you that you will play an important role as a front figure to our clients. Guiding and training our customers in digital environments will be an important part of your daily job to help them get the best experience out of our product. You will be committed to help our customers with everything from simple to more complex issues Most tasks will be client facing, some will not like fraud investigation, monitoring or manage credit applications.

What we will need from you:
We guess that you are truly passionate about customer satisfaction and striving to find the best solutions to new challenges. Always. We believe that you are a social team player, an empathic listener and a strong communicator. Especially in written communication. You probably get excited when learning new things and you have experience in working with digital solutions. Together with that, we believe that you have knowledge, interest and experience in the following:
- Prior customer support or customer service experience
- Experience in practicing customer empathy and can guide and reassure the customers
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the business product
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- Capability to pay attention to details and strong skill in root cause analysis
- Fluent in verbal and written Swedish and English.

In addition, it would be a plus if you had:
- Knowledge in bookkeeping
