Head of Client Management & Operations - Banking as a Service

To boost our growth, we are now looking for a Head of Client Management & Operations that will have a unique opportunity to truly make a difference for both our Banking as a Service business and in enabling remarkable success stories for our clients. We are looking for someone who has a passion for relationship building and that thrives in a flat organization where rolling up your sleeves comes as naturally as leading others in their daily work.

What you will do

As Head of Distributor Management & Operations you will be end-to-end responsible for our clients of Banking as a Service, also called the distributors of our financial services to end customers. The role is new and will from the start have a large focus on building the right team and competencies, processes and ways of working for how to efficiently, internally and towards our distributors, manage the relations from prospecting and sales to implementation and governance. Since you will be first into this team you will also be expected to contribute with hands-on work and here are some things that we see that you (and over time your team) will be mainly responsible for:

  • Sales & prospecting: Build a strong pipeline of interesting prospects and convert them to real customers of the platform
  • Account & contract management: Ensure a strong key account management where you lead and act as one point of contact in all account and contract related questions from sales to full lifecycle
  • Service Delivery Coordination: Coordinate product delivery towards the clients from our different product teams to ensure that we stick to agreed timelines and uphold a strong communication towards the clients
  • Due diligence: Plan, perform and follow up due diligence activities to ensure good risk management of outsourced functions to our distributors
  • Training: Have the end-to-end perspective of how we provide the best training to our distributors for the functions we outsource
  • Governance: Ensure a stable governance that is in line with agreed governance models with our clients and facilitate the different governance meetings

Who you are

  • Proven track record from managing large customer/vendor portfolios where you have been successful in building strong and long-lasting relationships (+5 years)
  • Experience of working with C-level executives/senior management
  • Experience from leading cross functional teams in a successful way
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Swedish and English
  • You have the ability to quickly move between the umbrella perspective and fine details
  • You are well structured and efficient in your own work and when leading others
  • Preferably experience from finance or otherwise a big passion for the industry
