At SEBx, we follow the developments in areas that have the potential to affect our industry. We stay in close contact with academic and corporate research groups in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing and Post-Quantum Cryptography, and Blockchain. We conduct applied research, build prototypes, and bring state-of-the-art technologies to our business in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, as well as our central Data Science team. To advance the state of the art in these areas, we also provide a platform for conducting fundamental research, enabling our colleagues from SEB to collaborate with our academic partners. Currently, at SEB, we have 3 industrial PhD students enrolled in the WASP PhD program, and supervise multiple Master thesis students every year. Furthermore, we initiated and are responsible for the Language track of WARA Media & Language.
